Selected project experience (AECOM)

Mobility network, Shell, Benelux, Design operations manager.

Responsible for managing a +20 architects and engineers' team from four disciplines and two different locations (Benelux and Romania), delivering design documents for the Shell EPCM programme, covering a network of +200 sites (gas stations, EV charging points and convenience retail), including newly built, renovation and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include deliverables coordination, planning, budget control and reporting. Date: 2024.

Mobility Hub Programme, Shell, Benelux, Programme Manager (Seconded to Shell Downstream).

Responsible for delivering 5 Mobility Hubs (EV charging, retail, and shared mobility) in the Benelux region, that include designing and coordinating a set of actions between all internal stakeholders (Network planning, business development, real estate, IT, EPCM, operations, marketing, and maintenance), to make the programme successful. Date: 2023.

Responsible for managing +40 architects and engineers' team to deliver a Technical Design of a 55.000 m2 building and support the PMCM team during construction phase, with shop drawing review, RFI responses and design changes. This includes coordinating deliverables, managing contracts, planning resources and representing the company with all stakeholders (Client, general contractor, PMCM, Quality advisor and System integrator). Date: 2019-2022.

Responsible for managing +20 architects and engineers' team to deliver an urban development project in a 70Ha plot, including civil works, water, electrical and data network supply, sewage systems and landscaping for an area with industrial, residential and office buildings. This includes coordination of technical deliverables and management of permits with 9 government agencies. Date: 2015-2019 Value: 25M

Responsible for managing +10 architects and engineers' team to deliver all stages of architectural design (Concept, technical, construction ready) for an 9900m2 residential building. Date: 2012-2015 Value: 10M
